This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional with strong pneumatics, hydraulics, industrial or engineering knowledge — or proven commercial acumen — to take ownership of a defined territory, lead customer engagement, and drive profitable growth. The Role As Senior Sales Support Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing customer relationships while driving revenue performance across your territory. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, building long-term, trusted partnerships Driving profitable sales growth through proactive business development, cross-selling and up-selling Managing and expanding your customer base, ensuring all quotations and enquiries are followed up to maximise conversion Working closely with external sales, administration, and customer service teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes Supporting stock management in collaboration with the procurement team Representing Flowtech alongside account managers on customer visits and at trade shows when required What We’re Looking For We are looking for a commercially focused, customer-driven sales professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
