This Proposals Manager role will play a key part amongst bids from initial request through to submission.
About the role of Proposals Manager
This Tier 2 contractor traditionally specialises in large scale projects, amongst the education, healthcare, leisure & industrial new builds, refurbishments & extensions valuing up to £40M on a nationwide basis for private and framework clients. The role of Proposals Manager is a permanent requirement to join a long-standing pre-construction team based out of their regional office.
Responsibilities for Proposals Manager
* Responsible for overseeing the entirety of the proposal development process from request through to submission.
* Lead and manage all tender submissions, ensuring relevant content in line with the business.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and relevant legislation regarding construction.
Requirements for Proposals Manager
* Relevant experience within the construction industry working amongst a Proposals Manager role or similar
* Appropriate degree, in either Business, Marketing or Communications
* Strong Analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
