How you'll make a difference as an Outdoor Lead
* Providing exceptional care and education in line with the EYFS, supporting each child's individual needs both indoors and outdoors.
* Working collaboratively with your team to create a safe, playful, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
* Building warm, trusting relationships with families through open, supportive communication, involving them in their child's development and outdoor experiences.
Requirements of an Outdoor Lead
* A passion for the outdoors.
* At least Level 3 qualified.
* Excellent understanding of the EYFS.
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
* Leadership experience desirable.
