Job Title: Qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Start date: September 2025
Location: Bristol
Pay rate: 100-140 per day (dependent on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join in supporting schools in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality support across a range of subjects and year groups.
Responsibilities
* Support teaching and learning across KS1 and/or KS2
* Lead small group interventions and booster sessions
* Contribute to assessment and planning with teaching staff
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Requirements
* HLTA Qualification (Level 4 or Equivalent) Essential
* Experience supporting teaching and learning in primary schools
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
* Right to work in the UK
