Key Responsibilities

As a Major Account Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our membership relationships. Your role involves face-to-face engagement and innovative problem-solving, focusing on putting members first. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, working closely with Logistics UK's departments to ensure members feel supported and valued.

* Grow Membership & Revenue: Drive new memberships, upsell, cross-sell, and secure renewals
* Manage Key Accounts: Retain and expand a portfolio of members, ensuring long-term relationships
* Identify Opportunities: Generate leads, support contract transitions, and enhance engagement
* Financial Oversight: Manage contracts, renewals, and resolve invoice queries efficiently
* Track Performance: Maintain CRM records, present updates, and support marketing initiatives
* Industry Representation: Attend events, share best practices, and uphold Logistics UK's reputation


Requirements

We seek enthusiastic, confident, and target-focused individuals with a proven ability to achieve results. You will thrive if you have:

* A Passion for Sales: Enthusiastic and confident with a results-driven mindset
* Customer-Focused Approach: Proactive and positive, ensuring excellent service delivery
* Industry Insight: Experience in transport and logistics (desirable but not essential)
* Proven Sales Expertise: Strong background in B2B sales with pipeline management experience
* Persuasive Communicator: Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills at all levels
* Presentation Skills: Ability to craft and deliver impactful sales pitches
* Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
