Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing day-to-day kitchen operations
* Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
* Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and food safety compliance
* Supporting menu development and contributing creative ideas
* Working closely with front-of-house to deliver a seamless customer experience
