Business Development Executive
Responsible for increasing revenue in the UK and Europe through the product portfolio and through the management and growth of existing and selected accounts. Building relationships with new and existing customers whilst identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities.
Main responsibilities:
Account Management
-Conduct regular Customer Account Reviews.
-Establish, strengthen, and maintain positive relationships with former, current, and new customers.
Business Development
-Convert qualified incoming leads
-Regularly communications with major spending customers.
-Forecast sales on a monthly basis in line with business CRM processes.
-Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline via the CRM (Salesforce).
-Demand generation campaign preparation for existing accounts.
-Follow, understand, and translate the latest Cyber Security developments and trends into
solutions for the customers
Event Success Check List Activity
-Promote events through social media channels.
-Contact major customers in relation to events.
-Regularly check event pipeline.
-Invite VIP’s for specific events.
-Facilitate tactical promotion communications.
Delegate Calls/Meetings
-Respond to all delegate feedback for customers.
-Conduct calls to all previous year delegates.
-Attend meetings, events and trade events as required.
