About the role
As a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive you will report to the Influencer Marketing Manager, supporting the creation of a world‑class influencer marketing strategy and helping to deliver partnership strategies that support the growth of the business from a brand and commercial perspective.
Key responsibilities
* Building and maintaining publisher and influencer relationships to understand their needs and business priorities.
* Coordinating with various teams to address affiliate and influencer needs accurately and timely.
* Using superb written and oral communication skills, with the ability to think and act with speed.
* Remaining highly organised and efficient, working clearly and effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Overseeing influencer & content affiliate collaborations and reporting findings and learnings to the senior team.
* Driving revenue growth across all social media platforms via influencer placements.
* Seeking out new opportunities and ways to work with established, up‑and‑coming influencers.
* Leading influencer activity alongside campaigns, product launches and celebrity/influencer collaborations to maximise exposure.
Candidate requirements
* Experience and understanding of how digital channels can work together and how they may cross over into the affiliate channel.
* Proficient knowledge of all social media channels.
* Ability to prioritise tasks for both personal workload and team responsibilities.
* Skill in reviewing commercial proposals and negotiating to ensure cost efficiency for the channel.
* Comfortable navigating fast‑paced environments and delivering strong results.
* Confidence in presenting to and working with senior team members.
* Excellent communication skills with an ability to build strong cross‑departmental relationships.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics.
