We have an exciting opportunity for a Clerical Officer / Receptionists to join our dedicated team within Business Services.
4 x Part Time Temporary 18 months.
18.5 hours over 5 days 3.5/4 hours per day between 10 am to 2 pm.
We have 2 posts in our East Locality which covers East Durham,Wheatley Hill, Durham, Seaham, Easington Family Hubs
We also have 2 posts in our North Localitywhich covers Stanley and Chester Le Street.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
4 Part time temporary vacancies have arisen in Business Services for Clerical Officer/Receptionists to provide a professional, effective and efficient receptionist service and general administrative support to support visitors, callers to the centre. This not a hybrid role.
Duties include reception duties, dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone answering and message taking, ordering, data entry, file management, including scanning and archiving, typing duties including production of posters and display materials, issue and recording of petty cash transactions, booking rooms and diary management.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You should have 4 GCSEs (grades A-C including English language or literature) or equivalent
