Key Responsibilities
* Undertake and lead ecological surveys (including habitat and protected species surveys)
* Prepare clear, accurate ecological reports and impact assessments
* Support the design and implementation of mitigation and enhancement measures
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to deliver high-quality outcomes
* Contribute to biodiversity net gain and nature recovery initiatives
About You
* Degree in ecology or a related environmental discipline
* Strong field survey skills and experience in UK habitats and protected species work
* Membership (or working towards membership) of CIEEM
* Understanding of relevant UK wildlife legislation and planning policy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site work
