About the role
Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll operate large scale processing equipment (milk separators, evaporators, dryers, etc.) ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Full training will be provided.
* Ability to work the continental shift pattern: 12-hour shifts rotating between days and nights, including some weekends (2 per month).
* Self-starter with strong teamwork skills and a flexible approach.
* Good numeracy and literacy, with sound technical understanding.
