Overview
Senior Residential Children’s Support Worker | Location: Hays Castle | Salary: £37,280 per annum (inclusive of sleep-in payments).
Responsibilities
* Lead shifts and support the Registered Manager and Deputy
* Provide high-quality care to children and young people
* Support young people with emotional, behavioural, and social needs
* Promote independence, resilience, and positive outcomes
* Ensure safeguarding and regulatory standards are met
* Mentor and support junior staff members
* Create a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment
Requirements
* Experience working in a residential children’s home
* Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or working towards)
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passion for safeguarding and child-centred care
