The Role
An opportunity has become available for a CNC Miller Setter Operator to join a successful engineering business in Coventry on a permanent day shift.
Key responsibilities include:
* Setting and operating CNC milling machines
* Producing prototype and small batch components
* Working from engineering drawings and specifications
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure components meet required standards
* Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
* Supporting production targets and quality requirements
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines
* Knowledge of either Fanuc or Siemens controls
* Previous experience working on prototype and small batch work

* Good mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills
* Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
* Good communication skills
