Full‑time and Part‑time positions available
The Role
Milk Education is seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work within a supportive primary school in the L33 area of Liverpool.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers in KS2, providing consistent, compassionate support throughout the school day. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child is supported to thrive both academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils
2. Assist pupils with sensory integration, communication needs, and emotional regulation
3. Implement structured routines and behaviour support strategies
4. Foster pupil independence, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
5. Work collaboratively with teachers and other Learning Support Assistants

6. Experience supporting children with Autism and/or PMLD (school or care settings)
7. A calm, patient, and proactive approach
