Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of welcoming primary schools who are in need of dependable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support their classrooms.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons
* Providing one-to-one and small group support where needed
* Helping pupils stay focused, motivated, and confident in their learning
* Assisting with behaviour management and classroom organisation
* Stepping into different school environments and quickly building rapport
What We're Looking For
* A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or higher)
* Availability for at least 3 days per week
* Experience working with primary-aged children (school-based preferred)
* A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
* Confidence in adapting to new settings and routines
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
