Description We are looking for a passionate, Italy-loving Team Member who can help us create exceptional dining experiences at our Richmond fresh pasta restaurant. You won’t just be cooking and serving our customers the freshest pasta in town (although that’s a big part of it!), but you’ll be part of a brand new team that opens the doors to one of the coolest locations in town. Picture this: we’ll have chefs making fresh pasta in the window of the restaurant to entice the good people of Richmond in. There’ll be the hippest Italian funk and jazz on stereo, the smell of ragù in the air, fresh pasta making classes in-house, drivers buzzing about on our beautiful terracotta Vespas, and much more.

We are looking for a passionate, Italy-loving Team Member who can help us create exceptional dining experiences at our Richmond fresh pasta restaurant. You’ll be part of our exceptional new fresh pasta concept coming to Richmond.
What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists:
* Prepare & plate our fresh pasta dishes (and other edible delights) to our high standards that will delight customers.
* Prepare orders for dine-in and delivery swiftly and accurately, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest.
* Be a team player and bring positivity and warmth to the kitchen and wider restaurant environment & colleagues you work with.
* Welcome each customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
* Follow our treasured recipes and techniques to ensure every dish meets our high standards.
* Keep your workspace clean, organised, and buzzing with energy.
* Keep an eye on our ingredient supplies and let the shift manager know if we’re running low on anything essential.
* Regularly clean and sanitise tables, chairs, and other surfaces to ensure a safe environment.
* Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and tools, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
* Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep both customers and colleagues safe.
* Pitch in with cleaning tasks when needed.
* Work closely with your teammates to ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Take part in team meetings and training sessions, bringing your ideas and enthusiasm.
* Support your colleagues, especially during busy times, and be willing to take on additional tasks as required.
Who you are:
* Experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but a passion for Italian cuisine is what truly matters.
* Enthusiasm for learning about our menu and sharing that knowledge with customers.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks with grace.
* A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of teamwork.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Bonus point: Any experience in coffee, wine, and pasta would be advantageous, but it’s your zest for life that we are looking for.
