What the role involves
Providing personal care, domestic support, and companionship to clients in their own homes
Supporting clients to remain independent, safe, and comfortable
Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
Treating every client with dignity, compassion, and respect
What we're looking for
A kind, caring, and reliable individual
Someone with a genuine desire to help others, especially the vulnerable
A team player who can be trusted by colleagues, clients, and their families
A car driver with access to their own transport (essential)
Hours & Pay
Part-time: 16–20 hours per week
Full-time: available if preferred
£16.00 per hour, plus Sunday/Bank Holiday bonuses
Mileage paid at £0.45 per mile
Enhanced pay for Sundays and Bank Holidays
