ICT Technician
Middlesbrough
£17.90 - £19.70 per hour UMBRELLA - 37 Hours Per Week
Rolling Monthly Contract (to cover internal secondment)
Are you passionate about technology and driven to make a difference? We're looking for a proactive and skilled ICT Operations Technician to join our dynamic ICT team. In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing the customer experience by supporting and promoting the effective use of ICT across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver multiple level support across a wide range of systems and hardware.
* Promote the proactive use of ICT to improve business processes and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure software licensing compliance and maintain accurate records.
* Provide support and cover for the IT Department as and when needed.
* Liaise with third-party suppliers and service providers to resolve incidents and fulfil requests.
* Assist in the planning and implementation of ICT projects.
* Install, maintain, repair, and manage ICT hardware and software applications.
* Perform routine maintenance and system administration tasks.
* Manage user access to networks and systems, ensuring proper authorisation and documentation.
* Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and technical documentation.
* Investigate and resolve technical incidents and service requests, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
