Learner Progress Administrator - Health & Social Care

Salary: £24,480
Location: Head Office, Cardiff
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:30am – 16:30pm

We are seeking a Learner Progress Administrator to support the Apprenticeship Team, working directly with learners completing the Health and Social Care Core qualification during the early stages of their apprenticeship.


Responsibilities

* Manage a caseload of learners completing the Health and Social Care Core stage of their apprenticeship.
* Complete regular progress reviews to monitor learner progression and identify support needs.
* Review progress against targets, identify obstacles and provide ongoing support to overcome barriers, maintaining learner engagement and momentum through the qualification.
* Liaise with employers to provide progress feedback and gain their support in promoting learner progression.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure learners remain on track during the initial stage of the apprenticeship.
* Handle administration tasks and data entry relating to learner progress, utilising digital platforms such as Smart Assessor, Office 365, and Award Body systems.


Essential requirements

* Administration experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work to deadlines and targets
* Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages


Desirable requirements

* Experience in a Health & Social Care role
* Welsh speaker
* Knowledge of the Apprenticeship framework
* Safeguarding knowledge and understanding
