What You\'ll Be Doing
* Provide support, safeguard and promote the wellbeing of children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.
* Manage complex behaviours and crisis intervention as part of a caring, professional team.
* Support educational development and personal care to help children gain independence and improve daily living outcomes.
What We\'re Looking For
* You must be over 21 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
* A minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience working within a children\'s/young adult setting.
* Knowledge in one of EBD, SEMH, CSE or SEN/SEND.
* A Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children and Young People\'s Workforce is desirable.
* A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
* A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
