RATES: HGV Class 1
* AM starts : £17.00 PAYE with holiday accrued - £19.05 inclusive of holiday pay
* PM Starts: £18.00 PAYE with holiday accrued - £20.74 inclusive of holiday pay
* Saturday AM - £18.00 PAYE with holiday accrued - £20.74 inclusive of holiday pay
* Sunday & Bank Holiday - £19.50 PAYE with holiday accrued - £21.85 inclusive of holiday pay
****Estimated weekly pay based on 55 hours PAYE - £935 Rolled up - £1048****
****Expected annual earnings PAYE - £48,620 and Rolled up - £54,496******

DUTIES:
* Adhering to safe working practices to always ensure the safety of yourself and others.
* Whilst using curtain sided vehicles ensure all sides are safely strapped
* 2-3 deliveries in a day, depending on geographical location
* UK wide deliveries averaging an 11 hour shift per day
* Use of pallet truck when required and assisting with deliveries involving pallets and cages
* Securing load of the trailer to ensure products are safely secured to minimise chances of damage.
* Always provide excellent customer service and to take ownership of customer issues on delivery.
* HGV Class 1 drivers must Carry out multi-drop deliveries within the delivery window in a safe manner.
* Be aware of any vehicle defects and bring to the attention of Transport Office as necessary
* Possess excellent customer facing awareness skills
* Be a good timekeeper and be able to work unsupervised
* Possess an Enthusiastic and reliable attitude towards delivering first class customer service
* Must have good communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude to work

Requirements:
* HGV Cat C+E Class 1 licence minimum 24 months
* Digi Tacho & CPC cards
* Maximum 6 points for minor endorsements
* Knowledge of driver regulations (WTD & Drivers Hours)
* Good national geographical awareness
* Possess excellent customer facing awareness skills
* Good timekeeper and able to work unsupervised
* Enthusiastic and reliable with a commitment to delivering first class customer service
* Must have good communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude to work
* Assessments are mandatory for this role inclusive of a theory test, breathalyser and on road assessment
