Internally your job title will be Multi Trade Technician.

The role will be based across London, and you will be provided with a company van for work purposes.

You'll be an essential member of the Direct Repairs departmentproviding a comprehensive, efficient, and responsive property service delivery. You'll successfully deliver the works required to a high quality, and as detailed within the order, to maximise first time fix criteria, appointment objectives, enhance resident satisfaction, with efficient working practices.

What you'll have

1. A proven track record of working in a Housing/Maintenance/Construction industry.
2. Youll possess the relevant trade qualification and/or experience in relation to building maintenance & repairs.
3. Youll have a thorough understanding and commitment to ensure that all relevant health and safety statutory obligations and methods of good practice are effectively incorporated within all operations.
