Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef
* Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
* Taking ownership of sections during service and supporting more junior members of the team
* Upholding high kitchen standards in hygiene, safety and organisation
* Getting involved in menu development and showcasing produce from the garden
* Maintaining stock levels and supporting with daily prep and ordering
