Role:
Video Editor & Colour Grading Specialist (Performance & Brand)
Reporting to:
Product Marketing Manager
Role Overview
We are hiring a performance-first Video Editor with strong colour grading expertise to support our paid social growth across META and TikTok.
This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and luxury beauty branding. The ideal candidate understands how to produce high-volume, conversion-focused short-form content while maintaining a premium, refined aesthetic aligned with a luxury beauty brand.
This is not a traditional long-form brand editor, nor a slow post-production colour grading specialist. We need a modern, agile creative who can balance speed, testing volume and brand equity.
Key positioning:
Performance + Premium must work seamlessly together.
Core Responsibilities
* Edit short-form paid social ads (META & TikTok essential)
* Produce multiple variations for structured A/B testing (hooks, pacing, overlays, sound, format changes)
* Optimise creative for retention, engagement and conversion
* Lead colour correction and grading to ensure a cohesive, luxury-aligned visual finish
* Develop scalable grading workflows (LUTs, consistency across creator & campaign footage)
* Explore and implement AI tools to increase output and workflow efficiency
Must-Have Experience
* Strong portfolio of short-form paid social ads (beauty, fashion, DTC preferred)
* Proven experience creating performance-driven content for META and TikTok
* Advanced Premiere Pro skills (After Effects a plus)
* Confident colour grading capability (Lumetri, DaVinci or equivalent)
* Clear understanding of performance creative principles (hooks, retention, thumb-stop rate)
* Experience working in high-volume test-and-learn environments
Highly Desirable
* Beauty, fashion or luxury brand experience
* Experience building LUT libraries or defined grading workflows
* Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools (editing acceleration, asset scaling, workflow automation)
* Experience collaborating closely with Performance Marketing teams
What This Role Is Not
* Not a traditional film/TV colourist role
* Not purely a brand storytelling editor
* Not a junior social media content creator
Ideal Profile
A commercially minded creative who:
* Understands ROAS and performance metrics
* Has a refined eye for colour and luxury aesthetics
* Can move quickly without lowering standards
* Is curious about AI and workflow optimisation
* Thrives in fast-paced, performance-led environments
