Summary
We're looking for an Administrator to play a key role in supporting our Civils Project Manager and Streetworks Manager based at our Wakefield office.

Some of the key deliverables
* Raising all permits required for works
* Requesting the safe dig packs and uploading onto the system
* Collating the workpacks for the civils teams and ensuring everything is on the system at least 48 hours before the work is due to start
* Maintaining the civils program and ensuring the teams are booked to maximum capacity
* Checking and approving paperwork upon completion of works to ensure billing is maximised
* Maintaining records, managing payments/POs, updating CRM and databases, and creating job packs for field teams
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role
* Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision and meet deadlines under pressure
* Capable of managing fines, charges, and compliance issues to ensure the best possible outcome for the business
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for liaising with stakeholders
* A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and thrives in a busy environment
