About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Deputy Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse leader to support the Home Manager in delivering the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Home Manager in the overall running of the care home.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire the care team to deliver person-centred care.
* Engage with residents and their families to ensure care needs are fully understood and met.
* Oversee clinical practices and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
* Manage and develop staff through supervision, appraisals, and ongoing training.
* Ensure safe medication management and high standards of record keeping.
Requirements
* NMC Registered Nurse (Adult / Mental Health / Learning Disabilities) with active PIN and no restrictions.
* Proven Deputy Manager experience in a nursing home setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
* In-depth knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
