An exciting opportunity for an experienced demand generation manager, who will join a thriving business in Redditch to take ownership of campaigns that generate high-quality leads, accelerate pipeline and drive revenue growth.

Your main responsibilities in the role will be:
* Developing and Executing integrated demand generation campaigns
* Aligning campaign strategies with target markets and buyer personas
* Owning the lead generation process from start to finish
* Track, measure and optimise campaign performance using analytics tools and marketing automation platforms

To be successful you will likely have:
* 5+ years' experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing or similar
* Experience in Saas/Technology ideal
* Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact
* Hands on experience with marketing automation & CRM systems
