Key Accountabilities
Work alongside the Heads of Asset Management to deliver strategic plans across large, diverse portfolios.
Own key asset‑level metrics such as rent roll, ERVs, and occupancy.
Oversee day‑to‑day estate management activities to ensure operational excellence.
Build strong relationships with customers to drive growth and satisfaction.
Work with Finance and Credit Control to resolve arrears challenges.
Manage the asset life cycle to ensure timely and effective returns to market.
Deliver value‑add initiatives including regears, surrenders, re‑lettings and ad‑hoc transactions.
Partner with the leasing team on complex deals involving capex and planning.
Support acquisitions and disposals with data‑driven insights and recommendations.
Liaise with external valuers and represent The Arch Company at local BIDs and stakeholder groups.
Collaborate with Property Management to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
What We Typically Look For
Experience in customer‑facing, commercial real estate roles.
Demonstrable ability to add value to multi‑let assets.
Strong understanding of commercial leases and landlord & tenant legislation.
Experience in typical asset management activities — regears, surrenders, terminations, transactions.
High attention to detail, strong commercial judgement, and analytical capabilities.
Confidence using data and performance metrics to guide decision‑making.
Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel across London.
MRICS qualification is preferred.
