What You’ll Do Research - Conduct an in-depth study of client businesses to understand their products, target audience, and business model. Examine competitors’ marketing strategies to identify strengths and weaknesses.
Plan - Leverage your research and insights on human psychology to generate creative ad ideas and write compelling copy for video and image ads.
Collaborate - Work with editors, graphic designers, and content creators to turn your ideas into reality. Plan strategies in collaboration with growth strategists to ensure they align with the client's financial and marketing goals.
Analyse - Work alongside a media buyer to crunch the numbers and assess the success of your ads.
Iterate - Iterate your ideas using data-driven insights to boost sales for clients and improve ads that have shown traction.
What We’re Looking For 1+ Years of experience in direct-response copywriting for eCommerce brands
1+ Years of experience in UGC content direction, video scripting, or motion graphics
Preferentially have experience running paid social (Meta, Google, TikTok) or email campaigns
Understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA etc. and a data-driven mindset
Strong grasp of ad psychology, persuasion techniques, and conversion strategies, with the ability to analyze competitors’ ads and extract winning insights.
A growth-driven mindset, and passion for eCommerce, emerging social media trends, and rapid creative experimentation
