Responsibilities:
* Define and implement a growth strategy for the Global defence market
* Build, nurture, and expand high-level relationships across government departments, procurement agencies, military stakeholders, and prime contractors.
* Lead negotiations for large-scale defence contracts and framework agreements
* Ensure close coordination with production, R&D, and testing teams to meet customer requirements, including during military trials
* Represent the organisation at defence exhibitions, industry events, and international forums
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory updates to shape business development strategy
Your Experience:
* Proven experience in defence sales and business development
* Strong understanding of the defence ecosystem and government procurement procedures
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Demonstrated ability to design and execute strategic growth initiatives, fostering long-term business partnerships.
