Portfolio HR & Reward are proud to be representing a fantastic, global client that are looking to onboard a HR Coordinator on a 6 month FTC in York.
The role is paying up to £30,000, with hybrid working (2 Days on site per week).
Key duties of the role include;
Onboarding & Compliance:Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage compliant hiring, documentation, 3rd party providers, and positive candidate experiences.
Employee Movements:Support the administration and compliance of internal employee transfers and changes.
HR Queries:Resolve employee questions accurately and timely via the centralized ASK HR model.
Process Improvement:Drive continuous improvement, reduce rework, and manage customer expectations regarding timelines.
Project Support:Contribute to HR Operations projects and collaborate with the wider team to deliver end-to-end solutions.
