Part Time (Wednesday off) fixed term until 31 August 2026. Start date: 1 January 2025.


The Role

The Corsham School Academy Group seeks to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, and inspirational teacher of Maths, looking to join an experienced team. The team is led by a Curriculum Team Leader, a head of KS4 and KS3 Maths. Additionally, the team benefits from the expertise of a Lead Practitioner in Maths. The successful candidate will be a dynamic practitioner who models excellent practice, has students’ progress at the forefront of their teaching, will deliver high quality learning experiences for all students and have a willingness to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school. The team teaches Maths, Statistics and Further Maths at KS4 and Maths, Further Maths and Core Maths at KS5. This is an exciting opportunity to join our wonderful school and make a significant contribution.

The School

The Corsham School is part of a small Multi Academy Trust serving the market town of Corsham and surrounding villages. It is situated in North Wiltshire, on the outskirts of the Cotswolds, eight miles from Bath and within easy reach of the M4. The Corsham School is a ‘Good’ School where ‘Pupils prosper as a result of the high expectations the school has of their achievement and conduct’. Ofsted Sept 2025.
