Overview

Volunteer Recovery and Events Support role at Change Grow Live. This is a new opportunity to develop and grow the social activity programme. You will support the service user involvement team in organising, promoting, and facilitating recovery-focused activities both within the service and in the community.


Responsibilities

* Support with creating a safe space for our service users to connect and have fun
* Support with organising and preparing activities and events for our service users
* Support the promotion of events on social media and within the service/community
* Support the Volunteer and service user involvement lead to manage budgets for events and organise prizes, refreshments and food as required
* Support with hosting live events/activities in person or virtually using platforms such as Zoom
* Work with those who access our service, staff and the community to develop new activities / events


Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this volunteering role.
* This post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level.
