Mixologist – Brand New Venue Opening in Burton upon Trent
We're bringing something bold, fun, and unforgettable to Burton upon Trent – a brand-new venue serving amazing cocktails, great food, and full-on entertainment including virtual darts, mini golf, axe throwing, and beer pong.
We're now looking for a creative and charismatic Mixologist to take the lead behind the bar. This is your chance to shape the cocktail experience from day one – designing a funky, innovative menu that's all about bold flavours, showmanship, and wow factor.
What you'll do:
* Create and develop an exciting cocktail menu with flair and originality.
* Deliver high-energy, showstopping drinks service – think theatre, precision, and fun.
* Confidently use techniques and ingredients such as dry ice to elevate presentation.
* Train and inspire the bar team to deliver cocktails consistently and to a high standard.
* Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring speed, quality, and great guest service.
* Help maintain stock levels, ordering, and bar organisation.
* Champion high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience as a Mixologist or Cocktail Bartender in a high-energy venue.
* Strong creative flair and a passion for designing cocktails that stand out.
* Comfortable with theatrical elements of cocktail-making (bonus if you've worked with dry ice or similar before).
* Natural leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate others.
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage a busy bar.
* A vibrant personality – someone who can connect with guests and bring the fun.
