Production Operators – Permanent | 3-Shift Rotation
Location: Newton Aycliffe
Salary: £25,800 – £27,000 per year
Jackson Hogg is partnering with a leading manufacturing business to recruit two Production Operators for permanent roles at their Newton Aycliffe site.
The Company:

The Role:
You’ll be part of a skilled team working on a 3-shift rotation, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Operating a range of machinery
* Monitoring processes to maintain high quality and performance standards
* Supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Essential: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
* Desirable: Background in extrusion and/or plastics manufacturing
* A strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
