The Opportunity:
Join a revitalised NPD team under new leadership as a Senior Process Development Technologist. You’ll be central to launching innovative products and driving efficiencies in a large-scale ambient production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and validate factory trials
* Own end-to-end project timelines with a focus on efficiency
* Present to top-tier retail partners
* Support and manage a small team, stepping up when needed
* Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD, production, and technical teams
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* 2+ years in a senior process role (Food Manufacturing experience is a must)
* A degree in Food Science or Food Technology
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with leadership ambition
* Competitive salary starting at £42,000+
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
