Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their Midlands team. The Role: * Manage mechanical elements of projects from inception through to completion. * Take full responsibility for programme, budget, and resource management. * Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams. * Oversee site delivery, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and contractual standards. * Provide technical guidance and proactive problem-solving across all project stages. The Ideal Candidate: * Proven track record as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E/building services. * Experience in modular builds or sectors such as education, MOD, MOJ or defence is desirable. * Strong leadership, organisational and client-facing skills. * Commercially astute with excellent project and people management capabilities.
