About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP who qualifies under the ARRS scheme (newly qualified within the last two years without a substantive post). This role provides the opportunity to work in a supportive team that prioritises patient care and wellbeing.
Key Details
* 56 sessions per week (Thursday and Friday essential; flexibility for remaining sessions)
* Equal share of Docman, blood results and prescription requests
* Participation in on‑call rota
* Home visits
* Study leave 1 week pro‑rata

Job Responsibilities
* Deliver 56 GP sessions per week, with a mix of face- to-face and home visits.
* Manage Docman, blood results and prescription requests consistently and promptly.
* Participate in the practice on‑call rota.
* Engage in weekly multidisciplinary meetings to share cases and promote continued learning.
* Contribute to all aspects of practice life, including quality improvement and team development.
Qualifications & Person Specification
* Registered GP with current UK professional registration.
* Newly qualified within the last 2 years and eligible for ARRS funding.
* Team player with a commitment to high‑quality, holistic patient care.
* Strong continuity, communication and compassion skills.
* Willingness to take on a range of responsibilities within the practice.
