The Role: As a Support Worker, Teaching Assistant, or Behaviour Mentor, you may support pupils with: SEMH needs Autism and ADHD Trauma and attachment difficulties Challenging behaviours Communication and learning difficulties You will work closely with teaching staff to provide structure, encouragement, and targeted support both inside and outside of the classroom.
