STRATEGY DIRECTOR | LONDON (HYBRID) | £80,000 + BONUS

Our client is looking for a Strategy Director to join their leadership team and play a pivotal role in their next phase of growth across the UK and US.

We're looking for an experienced agency strategist who thrives on solving complex client challenges, inspiring creative thinking, and leading strategy that delivers real commercial impact.

You'll work across a diverse portfolio of clients spanning financial services, travel and retail, developing insight-led brand, performance and communications strategies that inform and inspire outstanding creative work and deliver brand impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading strategic projects from client brief through to delivery
• Developing compelling, insight-driven creative propositions
• Shaping integrated B2C and B2B campaign strategies
• Partnering with our Client Services and Creative teams
• Presenting strategic recommendations and creative work to clients
• Managing and mentoring junior strategists
• Playing a key role in agency growth and new business pitches
• Driving strategic excellence across the agency

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years' experience operating at Strategy Director level within an agency
• Brings strong integrated marketing expertise, particularly across digital and social
• Has a proven track record of creating effective creative strategies
• Can turn complex challenges into clear, compelling stories
• Is confident presenting to senior stakeholders and clients
• Combines commercial thinking with creativity and strategic rigour
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
