What the job involves As a Retrofit Assessor, you’ll carry out on-site surveys to assess the condition, energy performance, and occupancy of domestic properties. You’ll gather detailed data and work closely with Retrofit Coordinators and Designers to support PAS 2035:2023-compliant retrofit projects. The role is mobile and field-based, with flexibility to manage your own diary. No two days are the same. No experience as an assessor? No problem. We’re happy to provide full training and support for the right candidates to achieve their Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and Retrofit Assessor (RA) qualifications. What’s in it for you?
