Salary: GBP 23.00 per hour, Van & Fuel Card

The Company
Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in and around Southampton & Easleigh area. This role focuses on bathroom fitting. You will be required to fit a bathroom within a 3-day period and then work with a buddy to fit another in 2 days each week.

Skills & Experience
* Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
* Full UK Drivers License
* Social Housing experience preferred
