Now let us tell you about the role:

Objective:

To provide a senior leadership pipeline of talent into the business, gaining knowledge of all sections of the business over a three-year graduate programme that focuses on understanding, skills and knowledge development, and behavioural competency. The programme identifies the area of the business where the individual can provide maximum benefit while also building knowledge of the wider business workings.

Programme Schedule:

The three-year graduate programme develops knowledge in all sectors of the company, with six modules and project-focused activity during each module. During Period Six, the final placement will be decided based on performance and preference.

Operations / SHEQ

2. Period Two

Sales and Collections

3. Period Three

Finance and IT

4. Period Four

Human Resources

5. Period Five

Legal, Compliance & ESG

6. Period Six

Project Management

1. Starting Salary – £26k

Gain a solid and hands-on understanding of Operations and SHEQ across the group and how these drive business performance.

2. Review and Feedback

Spend time in the field with Sales and Collections to understand contracts, tenders, collections, sales techniques, and profitability in the group.

3. Salary Review – £28k

Develop knowledge of the Finance and IT function through work completed in relevant sites throughout the group.

4. Review and Feedback

Work within the HR team to deliver change/development across specific projects and add value to the HR function through insight and skill.

5. Salary Review – £30k

Deliver a project around ESG or Compliance, supporting teams with current workload and offering new ideas and thoughts.

6. Review and Role Assign

Having gained trust and experience, work with the PMO team to deliver an individually led project to maximise efficiency or profitability across sites.

Support and Development:

Development Programme consisting of four development sessions (two-days each) over the first two-year period.

* Includes the following modules, linked to future leadership competencies:
* 1. The role of a leader in Beauparc, Effective Teamwork and Managing change & feedback mechanisms
* 2. Presentation skills, Effective leading through communication and Coaching skills
* 3. People Management skills: Interviewing, Recruitment, Absence management, Disciplinary and Grievance and Performance management skills including PDR conversations
* 4. Influencing & Negotiating, Delegation & Time management and Decision making and Problem solving
* Personality Profiling (MBTI) and Emotional Intelligence in Year Two to aid in future role decisions
* In addition, Microsoft Office skills will be assessed and developed, along with Project Management and Report Writing, as part of the assessment and review process. Presentations to Senior Leaders and Group Exec will be required as part of the review process.
