Job Role: Multi Skilled Engineer
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire (accepting applications from surrounding counties)
Salary: £50,000-£55,000
Hours: 4 on 4 off days only pattern, 06:00 – 18:00

The client:
Our growing business at the chilled juice production facility is dedicated to producing a range of fresh cold pressed juices for clients all across the UK. We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team at the Corby site, responsible for maintaining plant and equipment at the facility.

The Duties:
7. Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance and condition monitoring for key equipment.
8. Respond quickly to breakdowns to maximize equipment availability.
9. Handle facility tasks like doors, drains, and fire alarm testing.
10. Report misuse of equipment to management.
11. Ensure tools and equipment comply with Health & Safety regulations.
12. Support maintenance tasks across UK sites as needed.
13. Address accidents and incidents per company standards.
14. Train Machine Operators for continuous improvement.
15. Update daily activity reports.
16. Analyze system, lines, and product performance.
The Requirements:
17. Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the fresh produce or beverage sector.
18. Formal Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ level / 3 City and Guilds or relevant Apprenticeship).
19. Strong communication skills.
20. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
21. Independent work capability.
22. Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel).
23. Proven continuous improvement experience.
24. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
25. Detail-oriented.
26. Flexible approach to work.
27. Experience with industry machinery (e.g., conveyor belt systems, bucket fillers, strapping
