At Frasers Group we’re rethinking retail through digital innovation and unique store experiences. The role of IT Support Professional will be based at our Accrington office and may extend to other locations as required.


Job Description

As the primary IT support professional, you will provide face‑to‑face IT support, resolve technical incidents promptly via our ITSM tool, and ensure smooth IT operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Diagnosing and resolving IT issues efficiently while delivering exceptional service
* Managing, configuring, and preparing hardware and software installations
* Maintaining and creating technical documentation for the team

The role is based at our Accrington office, Monday to Friday, with shift work as required.


Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of experience in IT support
* COMPTIA A+/N+ or equivalent certifications
* Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
* Friendly, approachable, and customer‑focused attitude
* Experience providing face‑to‑face IT support

Desirable Skills (Training Provided):

* Hardware configuration and installation
* SQL query language
* Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
* Cisco networking systems
* Windows desktop and server operating systems
* Virtualisation technologies (e.g., Hyper‑V)
