Work collaboratively with staff and communicate effectively with parents and carers. Be flexible and confident in adapting to the changing needs of the school.Key Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (essential). A full UK driver's license due to the rural location of the school (essential). Previous experience working in EYFS and/or KS1 or an ECT with a passion for Early Years education. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young learners.
