About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Lead lessons in the absence of the teacher
Use your coaching presence to keep students engaged and on task
Bring energy, structure, and leadership to every class
Build rapport with students and become a familiar, trusted face
Support learning across a variety of subjects

What We're Looking For
You do not need teaching qualifications. We are especially keen to hear from people with:
Sports coaching or team leadership background
Youth club, community sport, or mentoring experience
Experience working with young people aged 11-18
Confidence speaking to groups and leading activities
Strong behaviour management or organisational skillsIf you've coached football, rugby, dance, gymnastics, martial arts, cricket, athletics - or anything involving structured youth engagement - you could thrive in this role!
