Mobile Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider – South East London – up to £39,000 + Package
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a mixed commercial portfolio in sites around DA, SM, CR and BR postcodes. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing in facilities maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £39,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Hours of Work & Package Information
* Basic Salary of up to £39,000
* Call out of 1 in 10 - £60 per week, x2 Saturday PM and Sunday all-day
* Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
* Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
* Private use of the van
* Full company uniform
* PDA and Mobile phone
* Pension
Key Duties & Responsibilities.
* Repairing Toilets and Sinks
* Unblocking Toilets
* Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
* Pipework inspections and repairs
* Minor installation works
* Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
* Flexible in helping other trades on site
* Planned and reactive works
* Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks.
* To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota
Requirements
* Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
* Full Driver’s license
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Good communication skills
* Client Facing
