This role is vital in building strong school relationships and recruiting Year 11 students to position HSDC as the college of choice in Hampshire.
As the face and voice of HSDC, you’ll be at the forefront of our engagement with local schools, delivering presentations, coordinating innovative activities, and supporting students in making informed decisions about their futures. This is a highly autonomous role, requiring creativity, confidence, a full clean driving licence and the ability to deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Act as the face and voice of HSDC: Build rapport and trust with local schools and their students, positioning HSDC as the first-choice college for Year 11 students across the region.
* Coordinate and deliver innovative engagement activities: Take responsibility for planning and executing creative initiatives that strengthen relationships with local schools and attract prospective students.
* Recruit students in an engaging and data-informed manner: Use market data and insights to tailor recruitment activities to meet student needs and drive applications.
* Deliver engaging presentations and information sessions: Represent HSDC confidently to groups of 2-200 at various school events, providing clear and compelling guidance about the College’s offerings.
Requirements
You will need:
* A confident presenter and communicator who can inspire students, teachers, and parents alike.
* An organised individual who thrives on being proactive, alongside delivering outstanding attention to detail.
* Somone who enjoys, data, sourcing it, reporting on it and utilising it.
* A creative thinker with a passion for education and a knack for problem-solving.
* A team player who is equally confident to work autonomously when required.
* You must hold a full clean driving licence and have access to your own vehicle due to the spread of the schools you will be working with and the early morning and or evening events you will be required to attend.
