Bradford NSNO is dedicated to eliminating rough sleeping and facilitating positive change in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness. Our innovative approach combines rapid intervention, practical solutions, and ongoing support to ensure that no one spends a second night sleeping rough.
About the role:
As a Support Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our team, providing vital assistance and guidance to individuals on their journey towards sustained housing. Your responsibilities will include:
* Offering holistic support and enhanced housing management to service users accessing the NSNO service in Bradford.
* Collaborating closely with colleagues and partner organizations to ensure comprehensive care.
* Empowering individuals to overcome barriers, achieve independence, and maintain permanent tenancies.
* Assisting clients at risk of losing their tenancies to prevent homelessness and promote stability.
Key Details
Location: Predominantly based at Discovery House, with potential cover required at other sites as needed.
Shift Pattern: 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday, but flexible to cover other shift patterns when required.
